Shipping policy

Shipping Policy for Baran and Co.

Effective Date: May 23, 2025

At Baran and Co., we strive to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing, delivery, and related terms.


1. Order Processing

  • Order Timeframe: All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, including tracking information where available.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

  • Delivery Times: Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. BCO is NOT responsible for delays once the order leaves our shop.


3. Domestic Shipping Only

Currently, we ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


4. Local Pickup (if applicable)

If local pickup is available, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup at our shop location:

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update.


6. Delays & Issues

While we aim for timely delivery, Baran and Co. is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues (e.g., weather, holidays, volume)

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date

  • Provide your order number and clear photos (if applicable)

We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and work with you toward a resolution. If the carrier denies the claim, BCO is not responsible to replace or refund items. 


8. Multiple Shipments

Some items may ship separately depending on availability and warehouse location. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split orders.


9. Address Changes

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed. Please contact us immediately if an error was made upon entering your shipping address. All address must be verified to ship.
