Exchange Policy

• Eligibility Window: Items are eligible for exchange within 14 days of purchase.

• Condition Requirements:

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from:

    • Makeup stains

    • Deodorant marks

    • Any visible signs of wear or damage

Items returned that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
